PostNow reduces your costs by removing the rental and service costs associated with a franking machine and using and enabled MFP to produce PPI’s (Printed Postage Impressions).
With a full choice of postage options available, including 1st, 2nd and ‘signed for’, users have an array of features available alongside an integrated Postcode lookup option to make generating postage impressions even easier.
Easy to set up and simple to print – PPI’s could save you time and money on UK and international mailings. Working in conjunction with Royal Mail, KYOCERA PostNow ensures you only
pay for what you post when it is collected, providing a step by step, user friendly experience with minimal training needed.
Access can be restricted, with access tracked to an individual level, ensuring only authorised users are able to produce PPI labels.
