Case Studies

We Understand the Value of our Customers

Case studies are vastly under rated, yet wholly effective. In fact, our case studies are often more effective than brochures and traditional sales collateral. Why? Because we all love a happy ending. You have probably heard the saying, “A picture is worth a thousand words”. This wisdom also applies in sales conversation and marketing. The stories our customers share, paints pictures, of real world, day to day running of the demands incurred in a busy office environment.

That’s exactly what our case study’s allows us to do, tell stories about our outstanding brand. Our customers connect with issues other companies have faced with current print solutions and their existing set up. There is no better method of endorsement within business than using our customer’s voice informing others of how things have changed for the better and the value that we have brought to their company.

MFG Solicitors is a leading regional law firm with multiple site locations, based across the West Midlands.

After missing the opportunity to put forward proposals on the existing contract in 2009, we continued to speak with MFG on a regular basis, building up a excellent rapport over the course of some years. The existing contract they had in place was not meeting with their current requirements and MFG’s first port of call was MCL, and so the successful story begins and continues to this day.

MFG, who is one of the oldest and most established solicitors in the country, and who continues to be one of our flagship customers, has become a long term and valued part of MCL’s success.

Baker Goodchild is a leading mail-house, based in Birmingham. They have a proven track record in offering high quality professional services.

We first met with them in 2009, when they were looking to replace a print solution that could not meet with the exacting high standards and large print volumes, along with issues in producing colour match documents for their own existing customers. MCL now provide Baker Goodchild with a light production range of Konica Minolta devices, with fiery units that enables them to colour match to their customers exact pantones.

Whilst offering Baker Goodchild a cost effective and efficient service, we feel that both companies have grown together in our successes.

Sir Tom Finney Community High School, an OFSTED ‘outstanding’ school based in Preston, is a long term customer of MCL’s.

Originally we assisted Sir Tom Finney with a service takeover on their existing print solution set-up as they found themselves in a situation where their current supplier had gone into administration. MCL could see straight away that this special school needed not just an extremely cost-effective print solution, but also the service support to ensure a continued and uninterrupted solution.

We are happy to say that the relationship has developed over the course of many years, and we have recently assisted them at the infrastructure stage when they were undertaking a complete multi-million pound re-build. This gave MCL the chance to demonstrate our project planning, and ensure Sir Tom Finney had the best fit first time solution.
