Due to the ongoing situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the latest Government and NHS advice, all Kyocera offices remain closed with all but a very small number of employees working from home.

We are maintaining business continuity with all incoming calls both to reception and Service Desk being actively managed as well as being able to continue to fulfil any orders received.

With the safety of our nationwide engineering workforce in mind, we are only attending service calls which relate to Healthcare, the Emergency Services and other “Key Services” as defined by the UK Government. Unfortunately, this does mean that all other calls will be advised that we are unable to attend until further notice.  Due to organisations around the country closing or reducing their own premises, the direct impact to customers has been minimal.

Our Regional Distribution Centre and all Hardware and Consumable supplies continue to operate as normal. At this stage all ports continue to operate efficiently although we continue to monitor this position daily.
